Do you require reservations?
While walk ins are welcome, we highly recommend reservations since popular times book up quickly. You can see our availability on Resy or call us at 843-723-7591.
What is the dress code?
We prefer our guests to be dressed in Resort Casual attire.
Is there parking available?
We do not have parking available on site, however, there is a parking garage across the street at 85 Queen Street and another close by at 93 Queen Street. There is some pay for parking spots at 101 Queen Street and street parking nearby is either metered or 2 hours.
Do you take large groups?
We have multiple areas that can accommodate groups of 10 or more. Depending on you group size and needs we have Private Dining rooms available as well. Please call or reach out via our Group Inquiries for questions.
What are your hours?
We are open for lunch from 11am to 2pm, Dinner from 5pm to 9:30pm, and Brunch from 10am to 2pm. We also offer a midday menu in our bar from 2pm to 5pm.
Does your kitchen close at 2pm or 9:30pm?
We do last seating at 2pm and 9:30pm so the kitchen closes after these seatings have ordered there meals.
Are there Gluten free items on the menu?
There are many items that are Gluten free, please review the menus. If you have any specific questions feel free to call or ask your server.
Are there vegetarian items on the menu?
All of our menus have something that is vegetarian or can be made vegetarian. If you have any specific questions feel free to call or ask your server.
Can I reserve an outside table?
We do not reserve specific tables due to weather conditions. We do seat outside when available on a first come first serve basis. We recommend if you want outside come a few minutes early to your reservation and make sure the host knows.
Do you allow dogs on your patio?
Yes, dogs are welcome in our outside area if they are well behaved. Ask the server for a water bowl. Inside dining is service animals only.
Do you offer Catering?
Yes, we have catering both bulk food options as well as full-service catering. Please see our events page for more information.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we have gift cards available on our website or available in the bar to purchase.
Do you have a corkage fee?
While we have an extensive wine list for you to choose from, we understand that your special bottle may be perfect for the night. We are happy to serve your bottle for a $35 corkage fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
We take credit cards for reservations to hold the reservation. We will reach via text or phone to confirm your reservation the week of. Please cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to avoid any cancellation fees. If an emergency comes up please call us to cancel and we are happy to waive the fee.
Do you have a loyalty program?
We have partnered with Blackbird as a global loyalty program. You can earn points at 82 Queen to be redeemed here or at any of their other participating restaurants. For more information, please visit Blackbird and ask your server or the host to get checked in.
Do you accommodate non-drinkers?
We have an extensive list of non-alcoholic drinks for you to choose from.
Do you have a kids menu?
Yes, we have a kids menu available. If you have any specific questions feel free to call or ask your server.
My friend is dining with you soon, can I pay for their meal?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate special instructions for you. Whether you want to buy a round of drinks or their entire meal we can hold a card on file to pay for it. We add 20% for the server and will email you a copy of the receipt after the meal. Please call us for all special instructions as we do not take credit card information over email.
